Vincent first ventured into real estate in 1990 when he accepted a position with National Lenders Services in San Jose, where he learned about title and escrow services.  In 1994, he moved to San Francisco and took a position as a document preparer with Patelco Credit Union, staying there until 1997.  From there he moved on to Redwood Bank, a prominent San Francisco-based bank where he learned the ins and outs of construction and commercial lending.

It was after that point that he took a chance and went out on his own.  In December of 2001 Vincent obtained his Real Estate Sales Person’s license issued by the State of California.  And since then, the subsequent years have been spent working with the loan brokerage and real estate arms of both Windsor Capital Mortgage Corporation and C2 Financial Corporation’s Cal State Realty.  As a Loan Consultant & Realtor Vincent was awarded and recognized as a top producer in 2004, 2005 and 2006.

In 2007 as the real estate and lending markets took a decidedly different turn, it was during this time when Vincent chose to spend his energy studying to become licensed as a real estate broker. On the 15th of May, 2008 he reached that goal, further expanding both his knowledge and expertise in conducting real estate transactions.  It was also during this same time period when Vincent chose to “move out to the farm” to his country home in the Central Valley with aspirations of enjoying country life and also for growing and selling organic pomegranates from his 5-acre orchard.  Planting over 500 trees in 2007, Vincent expects to see his first yield of fruit in 2011, though today the San Francisco home has beckoned him once again returning “home base” back to Bernal Heights.
